With local deliveries throughout Southern California, you can count on being home daily. Average day ranges from 10+ hours, depending on customer demand.

At MJ Tank lines we pay on a bi- weekly pay schedule. A bi- weekly payroll has 26 pay dates per year, and employees are paid every other Friday. On each pay date the driver will be paid for two work weeks. A work week consists of the hours worked between 12:01am Monday to 12:00am Sunday.

$500/month paid to driver medical benefit premium. ($6,000 annually)

*Available to employees the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

A matching contribution will be made to each employee’s salary reduction contribution up to a limit of 3% of the employee’s compensation for the calendar year.

5 days or 40 hours accrue the first year of employment. 3.33 hours accrued per month. 10 days or 80 hours accrue during second year 6.66 hours accrue per month. Beginning on the 90th day of employment, eligible employees may begin to use paid vacation time as it is accrued.

Sick Time hours start accruing on the first day of work. Beginning on the 90th day of employment, eligible employees may begin to use paid sick leave as it is accrued, up to a maximum of 48 hours or six (6) days of paid sick leave per year.

Drivers will receive two times the normal rate of pay when working on a company observed holiday.
