At MJ Tank lines we pay on a bi- weekly pay schedule. A bi- weekly payroll has 26 pay dates per year, and employees are paid every other Friday. On each pay date the driver will be paid for two work weeks. A work week consists of the hours worked between 12:01am Monday to 12:00am Sunday.

A matching contribution will be made to each employee’s salary reduction contribution up to a limit of 3% of the employee’s compensation for the calendar year.

The PTO year runs from January 1 to December 31. Employees who commence employment part way through the PTO Year will receive a pro-rated amount of PTO based on their hire date. At no time will an employee receive less than forty (40) hours or five (5) days of PTO. At the beginning of each year thereafter, employees will be granted the eighty (80) hours or ten (10) days of PTO. Beginning on the 90th day of employment, employees may begin to use PTO. This benefit does not accrue. Unused PTO will be paid out at end of each calendar year. PTO cannot be taken in increments of less than two (2) hours.

Drivers will receive two times the normal rate of pay when working on a company observed holiday.
